Daniel Radcliffe has earned untold millions from his acting. Not even old enough to legally drink in the US, he seems to be trying to spend that money as quickly as possible. On LUXURY REAL ESTATE! Seriously, who the fuck does that in 2009? There are some good deals on homes out there, but I think luxury real estate is still way overpriced.
How many homes does one nead in NYC? According to Daniel Radcliffe, the lucky number is THREE:
Mr. Radcliffe has bought his third house in NYC. Technically, it is two more houses, as there is a full apartment in the basement. The photos are above.
He bought this house on West 12th Street in NYC for a reported $5,650,000. Built in 1847, the home is 18+ feet wide and is located between Greenwich and Washington Street.
Here is what else Mr. Radcliff owns in NYC alone (he also owns a BUNCH of real estate across the pond):
- A 1,843 SF, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo at 40 Mercer. He is either currently leasing that out or has it on the market as a $20,000 per month rental (reports are confusing).
- A 2,450 SF, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom condo at 1 Morton Square, which overlooks the Hudson River. This is an 11th floor condo with a semi-circular glass wall that overlooks the Hudson. It also has a 500 bottle wine “cellar,” which is ironic.
Insanity, I tell ya!
